A Pearl of Wisdom from ʿAbd al-Qādir al-Jīlānī

ʿAbd al-Qādir al-Jīlānī said:

يا قوم احترموا كتاب الله عز وجل وتأدبوا معه هو الوصلة بينكم وبين الله عز وجل

“O people! Honor ِAllah’s book, abide by it, and have good etiquette with it. It is the connection between you and between Allah -Glorified and Majestic is He-.”

(al-Fatḥ al-Rabbānī, 52)
