A Pearl of Wisdom from ʿĀmir b. Sharāḥīl al-Shaʿbī

ʿĀmir b. Sharāḥīl al-Shaʿbī said:

الْعِلْمُ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ عَدَدِ الْقَطْرِ فَخُذْ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَحْسَنَهُ

“Knowledge is more than the number of raindrops that fall, so take from it the best of it.”
