A Pearl of Wisdom from ʿAmr b. al-ʿĀṣ

ʿAmr b. al-ʿĀṣ (Allah be pleased with him) said:

كل آية في القرآن درجة في الجنة ومصباح في بيوتكم

“Every verse in the Qurʾān is a level in Paradise and a light in your homes.”

(Iḥyāʾ ʿUlūm al-Dīn, 2:262)
