A Pearl of Wisdom from Yūnus b. ʿUbayd

Yūnus b. ʿUbayd said:

خصلتان إذا صلحتا من العبد صلح ما سواهما صلاته ولسانه

“When the worshiper rectifies two qualities, everything else about him will be rectified. They are: (1) his prayer and (2) his tongue.”
