A Pearl of Wisdom from Fuḍayl
Allāh says:
“Whoever has feared the All-Merciful while in the domain unseen, and who comes to his Lord with a penitent heart longing to be redeemed.”[1]
Fuḍayl commentated on this verse and said:
“The one with a penitent heart longing to be redeemed is he who remembers his misdeeds in seclusion and seeks forgiveness for them.”
